What happened to the Western North Carolina Commercial Property Exchange?
Did costar buy them?

The Karnes Corp., a company that produces commercial data and markets commercial real estate listings, will begin listing commercial properties through the Western North Carolina Commercial Property Exchange (WNCCPE) in January, said Van E. Estes, III, executive officer of the Hendersonville Board of Realtors. Estes is also the regional administrator for the WNC Regional Multiple Listing Service, the organization that lists commercial properties in a five-county area – Henderson, Madison, Transylvania, Haywood and Buncombe counties
Hmm, looks like WNC Regional Multiple Listing Service disappeared also: ‘what happened to local-mls ncmmls.com’
the MLS system was merged with the Charlotte MLS system - it is now found at www.wncrmls.com Not sure if they have a public user function to this, but that’s the website! Hope that helps
